How Stagnoli T.G. S.r.l. processes the personal data collected by eyntry.com: contact requests, downloads, live demo, analytics and advertising.
Last updated: 16 October 2026
This notice explains, under Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Privacy Code), how we process the personal data of people who visit eyntry.com and use its forms, downloads and demo. It covers this website only: the camera images that customers process with Eyntry Cortex stay on their own network and under their responsibility.
1. Data controller
Stagnoli T.G. S.r.l. · Via Mantova traversa 1, 105 a/b, 25017 Lonato del Garda (BS), Italy · VAT IT02011390982 · email info@stagnoli.com · tel. +39 030 9139511. EYNTRY is a trademark owned by Stagnoli T.G. S.r.l.
2. What data we process and why
2.1 Browsing the website
- Data: IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, browser type and operating system, outcome of the request. The website also sets the technical cookies described in the cookie policy.
- Purpose: to display the website, protect it from abuse and attacks and fix technical problems.
- Legal basis: the controller's legitimate interest in providing a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Retention: technical logs are kept by the platform provider for as long as needed for the security of the service and then deleted.
2.2 Requests through the contact form
- Data: first and last name, email, company, phone, type of request, number of cameras, field of use and message. Required fields are marked with *.
- Purpose: to answer your request (information, quote, trial on your system, partnership) and manage any resulting business relationship. The request is recorded in our CRM together with the site language, the country estimated from your IP address and, if you accepted marketing cookies, the source of your visit (see 2.6).
- Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Retention: for as long as needed to handle the request and any business relationship; if none arises, for no more than 24 months after the last contact.
2.3 Downloading brochures and documents
- Data: first and last name, email and, depending on the document, company, phone, role and country; the document requested, the page you requested it from and the language.
- Purpose: to let you download the document and to contact you about it; the request is recorded in our CRM. If you request the same document again with the same email within 24 hours, the request is added to the existing one. Restricted documents can only be downloaded after sending the form, through a temporary link valid for 24 hours and tied to your session.
- Legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). To download you must confirm that you have read this notice.
- Marketing communications: only if you tick the optional box do we use your email to send you news and offers about Eyntry (consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time, with no effect on the download.
- Retention: as for contact requests; for marketing communications until you withdraw your consent.
2.4 Launch updates
If you subscribe from the website's launch page, we process your email only to let you know about the launch and Eyntry news, based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), until you withdraw it.
2.5 Live demo
- Your images stay on your device: the demo processes images and video entirely in your browser. The images you upload are not sent to us or to anyone else and are not saved.
- Vision model: when the demo opens, your browser downloads the TensorFlow.js libraries and the COCO-SSD model from jsDelivr (a public file delivery network) and from Google Cloud Storage. As with any file downloaded from the Internet, these providers receive your IP address and technical browser data, and nothing else. Legal basis: legitimate interest in providing the demo you opened (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- “Send email” action, if enabled: we send a single email to the address you enter, with the type of object detected, the simulated camera and the time, without images. The address and message remain recorded in the website's mail system to enforce anti-abuse limits (a few emails per hour per recipient and a daily cap). Legal basis: your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in preventing abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
2.6 Analytics and advertising (only with your consent)
- Services: Google Analytics 4 (visit statistics) and Google Ads (ad conversion measurement) by Google Ireland Limited. They are activated only if you choose “Accept all” in the cookie banner: before you choose, or if you reject, Google tags are not loaded and no Google cookies are set (Google Consent Mode v2 with consent initially denied).
- Data: online identifiers and usage data (pages visited, device, referrer, estimated country) and some events: sending a contact request and downloading selected documents. We do not send your name, email or phone number to Google.
- Request attribution: if you arrive from an ad and have accepted, the site stores in the swt_ft cookie the click identifier (gclid), the landing page and the referring site; when you send a form, these data and the campaign source (UTM parameters) are linked to your request in the CRM. To measure the sales generated by ads we may upload to Google Ads the click identifier of successful requests, without any other personal data.
- Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code), which you can withdraw at any time from “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of every page.
- Retention: cookies for the periods stated in the cookie policy; statistical data in Google Analytics for the period set in the account, 14 months at most.
3. Who we share data with
Data are processed by authorised staff of Stagnoli T.G. S.r.l. (sales, support, administration) and by these providers:
- Odoo S.A. (Belgium), which provides the platform running the website, the CRM and the website's email, as data processor (Art. 28 GDPR).
- Google Ireland Limited (Ireland) for Google Analytics and Google Ads, only if you have given your consent.
- jsDelivr and Google Cloud Storage, which deliver the demo model files and receive only the technical data of the request.
Data are not sold or published. They may be disclosed to the authorities where required by law.
4. Transfers outside the European Union
Google may also process data in the United States through Google LLC. The transfer is based on the European Commission's adequacy decision on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, to which Google LLC is certified, and on standard contractual clauses. The delivery networks used by the demo may serve files from servers outside the EU.
5. Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest (Arts. 15-22 GDPR). You may object to marketing communications at any time and withdraw any consent given, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. The website takes no automated decisions that produce legal effects on you.
To exercise your rights, write to info@stagnoli.com or to our postal address: we reply within one month. If you believe the processing breaches the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), or with the supervisory authority of the EU country where you live or work.
Providing data is optional, but without the required form data we cannot answer your request or let you download the document.
6. Cookies
Which cookies the website uses, why and for how long is explained in the cookie policy. You can review your choice from “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of every page.
7. Changes
We may update this notice, for example if the website's services change. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.
